Sewerage Commision - Oroville Region will be accepting bids, open to the public, on a federal funded construction project for the phase 1 of SC-OR's Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project. Small businesses, minority owned businesses, women owned businesses, and other Section 3 certified businesses are encouraged to participate in this bid. The purpose of the project is to expand the capacity of the treatment plant to promote community development. The bid is posted to Quest CDN where more information and bid documents can be obtained.
